New more complex Formula For a more accurate RANK

My first attempt at trying to rank the clan was not very accurate but it was good to go thru the numbers I have come up with a far more accurate formula that is heavily weighted on damage and experience Hit ratio's and Kill ratios are still part of the formula and WOT rating and number of games are also included to give a more accurate representation
