I am Hjorgar, currently Personnel Officer for the clan, till I get killed or they find some one better. We look forward to good times and building friendships as we learn, develop and hone skills in game. What sets us apart from others is respect - for each other as well as our opponents. Common courtesy. Observe that please.

We have ZERO tolerance for manufactured drama, abuse, profanity around minors and tantrums. We do have some younger members and we must be a good example for them as well as each other. If you need to blow off steam, do it in private chat or call for a team training room, never in public or clan chat.

If you want to demonstrate your skill, learn to control your mind and emotions and the rest will follow. REMEMBER if there is blame, its ALWAYS MY FAULT!!

We have some excellent veteran members from the founders to officers and soldiers. We also have new folk, who have been playing for less than 6 months. There are many resources to help you learn, especially in Strategy and Tactics and we are developing training sessions. Use the resources. Platoon when you can. Work for tier 10, but don't kill yourself, many of us older folks have lives and families. Please feel free to suggest ideas and call attention to new resources or players that might help. It is HIGHLY advised to max out a few of your favorite tanks with at least 2-3 perks rather than have many near stock configuration.


Recruitment and advancement

Broadcast recruitment in Public Random battles is now allowed. Membership is by invite and application .
If you have a candidate in mind, platoon with them and get to know them. Next, have them platoon with an officer or join a Team Battle. We will evaluate folks in a casual friendly environment. It is better to screen folks than to have to cut them.

Current Requirements:

Recruits
1-General good character, mature and respectful
2-Preferred > 4000 Battles
3- Preferred Natural tier 8 tank (not a premium)
4-Participation in several platoons, Team battles or Tank Company and Review by Recruiter and attending officers.
5.Full Communications capability and Team Speak 3 (Server ID - 184.107.15.172:1162 ASK for PW)
6.Invited





We have Strongholds Battles, tournament teams, team battles and are working on tank companies and training rooms. When called, please join if you can or respond that you can't. Good communication is the hallmark of teamwork. It is also part of common courtesy. Say hello when you come on line, let us know if you are online but away from the keyboard - I am guilty of staying online and having to depart and have forgotten to send a notice or sign off. Its not critical, just nice to let folks know whether you are there or not.


PLEASE, follow chain of command. Look for help from fellow members, Junior and Specialty officers first, don't go straight to the top. That is not to say you can't ask ANY a simple question, all are friendly and willing to help.

I am available for ALL issues. Privacy and confidentiality are part of common courtesy. If you have a question, check the forum WoT guide or ask. There are many resources here and on the web.

If you have a conflict or concern, be direct and nice. Talk to the player first, then ask them to get together with a few of your peers if you need. If you need to, call on an officer. We want all to have fun.
